Wiki/File sharing site

Create a file sharing and WIKI like site for my agency. The site will have the features of both a Wiki and a file sharing site. You are welcome to customize and open source project for this job. The site must be simple to use and have a single sign on for users and have the usual functions of administration and user management. ## Deliverables I need you to model the wiki and groupware portions of tikiwiki 5.0. I can't use tikiwiki though since my server does not meet its requirements. Also wysiwyg must work flawlessly for inserting documents and editing etc. We will discuss what project or projects you will base your work on BEFORE your bid is accepted. I need to know your approach to this work and what I expect before you start work. The ability to version control documents and edit wiki pages by users. Also need user level security and the ability to create project sites. The sucessful completion of this project will lead to more site improvements.
