Publishing Information e.g. to Google+ or Android App Prototype

I am working with a trouble ticket application where it?s possible to use JavaScript to execute SOAP Requests or HTTP requests. My boss wants to have a way that he can see priority 1 tickets. I am open about technologies used, this could be posting the ticket information as a Google+ message or sending to an ANDROID app. The application could either push this to e.g. Google+ with an HTTP request (or SOAP request), also this application exposes a SOAP web service (WSDL), that could be used to read the ticket information. For me this is something like a homework to show new options to enhance the options of the application (so I am not looking for a full feature productive functionality). Also the new Google+ API in JavaScript could be an option (in my application I can call server side functionality of JavaScript) and execute it from inside the application... I am open to suggestions.
