Web-based Computer Repair Workorder Business PHP MySQL

This web system is for a computer repair business and we would like to have it function for small computer repair companies and their workers and customers to provide online management. we also need a way to charge these businesses monthly for our database service. 4 types of users sysadmins - manage overall system, create new sites, manage billing of sites -| admins - manage an indivd. site, add workers and/or customers control payments of customers, manage work orders, inventory, and buying of parts. workers - create customers, manage some parts of work orders (status, completion etc) customers - view invoices, update user data / computer data Web-based system in PHP + Mysql 1) Installation Scipts to produce all SQL Tables, etc. for windows and linux 2) PHP Site (does not need to be fancy, have written code already towards the site) Needs to have all of the functionality and resemblence of: [login to view URL] AND SOME FUNCTIONALITY OF [login to view URL] Functions: user management - user info, computer(s) info, payment info worker management - info, work orders, worker ratings. site management ( add a new business etc....) - work orders - appointment scheduling (calendar) - automatic work order notification (email, text msg, and aim) - payment ,accounting, funds management (workers get paid, not physically) - costs of goods - purchase part, enter cost on work orders - inventory management - user priviledges control (rights) So this is how it works: -we get a call from a customer -we need to enter that data in and create a new customer account with a certain one of many computers -create a workorder and appointment and give that info to all of the workers of that specific business site (email, txt, aim) -order parts from online and enter in a work order - note: admins create work orders and only show specific info of the work order to workers (like hiding cost info) - change status of work order - complete work order, enter how the customer paid, and allocate funds - work order management - customer survey via email about that worker. *** MORE SPECIFIC DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED ON ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PROJECT. *** MUST BE DESIGNED IN PHP5 + MYSQL *** Would like to work in an iterative software engineering sense, that way testing can be done daily to see if the coder meets customer needs. *** No copyrighted code allowed to be used *** If you reuse code you must have specific permission, we will check to see if you use other peoples code so please dont bid if you plan on using other peoples projects.
