Hotmail Messages getting lost -- Need help - URGENT

Its very simple My problem Emails from my php script isn't reaching hotmail recipients. I have contacted Hotmail and they have checked and they claim its not being filtered from their end. Sometimes I receive messages that the mail was bounced most times I receive nothing, I have sent several emails to my personal hotmail account, and the email as dissappeared not even in Junk. I have an SPF record Two Solutions Whichever one's easier for you please do 1. Tweak my system so that hotmail recipients get their messages. 2. Write a php script that routes my emails through smtp on another server
