Immediate expert PHP help for online form

I'm in immediate need for a expert level PHP person who can review an online form and fix the mailing issue. We have just installed a custom form that is working at the developers but won't mail out on our new hosting server. We need someone who can see why the mailer is not working or if a file is still missing. As well as someone who can fix an IE issue that is keeping the form from being submitted.
