jQuery Contactable Script Fix

I have a popout script using [login to view URL] customer comment form using php that is not working on my server. The script stalls out on the click of the submit button (script image just spins and spins without email arriving at the server). The webserver is located on the same server as the SMTP server but I have the SMTP port different than 25 so I would like the php script to point to a server web address and port number.
