Online contracts

I would like something similar to what your did for this previous client see below except I need it to integrate with our website - see website engine at [login to view URL] I will need to use this for three separate contracts. Would like very much to see what you did before. Please let me know of your interest. The site would also need to be created with a simple design based off of the logo i will provide. It will be a very basic site where as the admin, i would invite a particular user to view and accept the contract online. The way that would work would be, on the admin side i would Invite a user by entering their first name, last name, company name and email. It would then send them an email with a login name and password automatically. The user will then click a link in their email address or have the option to go to the site themselves and enter their given login information. The user, once logged in, will then be able to view the contract (which i will provide), click agree, go to the next page, and fill out a form which i will provide. The user would then click submit and the information will be submitted to me by email. The contract and information will also be saved online on that site for the customer to access at anytime.
