Looking for someone to create a software application for referral websites (meaning websites that get paid when there is an outgoing click from their website to their clients website). It needs to do the following: 1 - Set up a profile for clients of the referral website. 2 - Track Outgoing Links from referral site to the clients website. 3 - Create monthly invoice according to the amount of outgoing clicks the client received. (ie - client was set up at $1 per click, the received 50 clicks, they receive an invoice to their email saying their credit card will be charged $50) 4 - The client's credit card is automatically charged the $50. In order to set this up, I'm sure there needs to be a code placed on the referral website to engage the tracking. The system will also need to connect to some sort of ACH automatic billing...I believe Paypal has an automatic billing system it could link to. There are many tracking systems out there...but the gathering of outgoing clicks and billing will be the key to this system. Please let me know if you have any questions.
