We have a Wordpress website with a message board. The message board is meant to notify each Active member when a new posting is made, and any time a subsequent message is posted. It only notifies some of the members of the initial posting, and it only notifies me some of the times when a subsequent posting is made. It's also supposed to come from a particular email address, and for some reason, it only comes from noreply@... It is meant to personalize the email sent to the member, but it doesn't. We need help quickly to resolve these issues, and to document how to administer this message board going forward.

Hi, can you please tell me which forum software are you using for your forum? Also some forums send notifications about new replies only after the user (notification receiver) had visited the forum, if they don't visit the forum then no more notifications are send.
