Create an online market place

Basically, I am looking to create an online market place for a) sellers to be able to register, login, and list their product(s) b) buyers to be able to register, login, and search for product. If buyers are interested in an available product from a seller, an anonymous chat/thread session would be provided to learn more about the product offered by the seller. Once the buyer and seller have agreed to the product terms, an automatically populated contractual agreement between both buyer and seller would result, and an transaction profile/history would be created and maintained. There are obviously a lot of details involved, but those will be provided once a bidder has been selected. If you are interested in this project, please provide explicit examples of prior **relevant** experience.
