Registeration Bridge Plugin Needed Wordpress

Looking for someone to develop a plugin for me. This plugin will only deal with registration. If someone registers on the site with this plugin they will be registered on several sites (wordpress). I want the plugin to have several fields and a add site button that javascripts to open another form field for data to be entered so it sends to the database of specified blog details. Example: Main Site- Path to site: Database Host: Database Name: Database Password: Prefix If needed: Extra fields that developer needs to put to make it work. This is what is needed to show every time add site button is clicked in new tab for registration plugin once activated. Make sure that if a site is added that it shows above as a activate added site. Also, make sure it has a delete button of course it will delete it out of the database and will not show up anymore as a active add site. This plugin also needs a way to add a short code or something as to when adding that sites I can put code into the other this to check to see if I am logged in on main site that has the activated plugin on. Developer can easily develop this on their own server - create three word press sites. Add plugin on one as main. Add field data to those other two sites. Register on main site and have new registration also put registration data into their tables also (the two sites any site that has been added with add site button in admin panel of main site). This way if someone logs into the other sites directly they can still update their profile on those as a separate site. I will redirect all registrations on other sites to main site once plugin works so users are forced to register on site that plugin has been activated on. If I delete an account on main site where plugin is at it will query to delete that account from main site and all that are added by add site button. NOTE: please make sure if plugin is deactivate it removes all instances from site without damaging the site period. This plugin needs to be coded without core of word press so when updates from word press comes out it will not effect my site. PLEASE READ THIS CLOSELY. Milestones can be created to award freelancer with project but not released period as this can be tested on your own server. Full amount of project will be released after testing it myself.
