We offer a referral bonus of 1000$ for all referrals on hire BELOW IS THE JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE POSITION (1) an advanced Captivate and Cantoche avatar programmer to develop 2 multi-media modules for the early childhood dashboards and P20 dashboards. Each module consists of 35 pages (2) ability to video stream at low-bandwidth the Captivate modules for user acceptance testing. The Consultant will be responsible for: 1. Designing and develop captivate modules with user play controls that are SCORM compliant, and are suitable for both high and low bandwidth video streaming. 2. Adding Contoche avatars with narrative to the Captivate modules. 3. Setting up a low-bandwidth video streaming environment for Captivate modules that allows module controls to support user acceptance testing for a 12 month period. In order to be considered, the Consultant must have the following experience: 1. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing. 2. BS degree. 3. At least three (3) years full time experience working with Captivate. 4. At least three (3) years extensive experience with developing Captivate controls, voice narration, and producing final production ready modules that can be video streamed with low bandwidth. 5. Ability to provide on-line samples for low-bandwidth and high-bandwidth viewing. 6. Ability to provide a web-based site to support the low and high bandwidth delivery of Captivate modules to 1000 users for user acceptance testing.
