Simplified ''Task Manager'' replacement for lan gaming center

I run a lan gaming center, and I'm doing the switch from 98SE to XP. Since users on the client computers will be running with an administrator account, I want to replace the default windows task manager, with a customized one. I want the users to be able to access the "Applications" tab, in order to shut down non-responding programs, but the other tabs are not needed, since I do not want users messing around with processes and shuting down processes I do not want them to shut down (cibercafe managing software, bandwidth controller, antivirus...). What I intended to do was to replace c:\windows\system32\[login to view URL] with a customized task manager, but I don't want it with extra options, like most of the task managers around have, but I want it with less options; It basically has to show running applications, with an Active/Non responding label as the XP task manager, and let them shut down apps. The program should be done in VB6, since it is the one I use myself, but I don't have the time to research how to accomplish this task, so I rather have someone else who has already done something like this before do it for me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
