App Must contain Admin and client levels. 1 must load links added by admin thats [login to view URL] or any other short linking with skip ad. 2 thread must load links for exchange. Must be System try working app. Must block popups On traffic exchange must be loading 1 user link 1 admin link 1 user and again 1 admin and so on to be loading. Must be Javascript supporting app on client and admin side. For clients when loading a link must like ie 8 or 9 or chrome or firefox or any other browser. Admin must have following features: Ban user or ip Add [login to view URL] links Ad links for exchange. Remove links that are added by users or edit link. Client app must work with 2 threads For every view member will earn 1 point and use it for 1 view to any link they will add Can give away free points by entering amount for all members. Client: Must be able to register via app Login to app to be able to use it. Add maximum 3 links for exchange traffic. Earn points for every view and be able to use credits to share their links. Starting with 50 point = 50 views. Want serious Bidders many bidders just promissed but no job was done in end.
