Visual Basic WYSIWYG bitmap text entry

Need an application with an example of some VB6 code that does the following: Creates a rich-text window with all the typical editing features (fonts, justification, bold and italics) that is 130H by 30V pixels in size (both sizes should be equal to a defined constant). When finished editing and the user hits 'OK' it needs to save it to a 2-bit black and white bitmap format with the relative path and filename represented as the defined constant 'BITMAP_LOCATION'). While typing, the text and fonts must look exactly as the saved bitmap will look like (WYSIWYG). If it's easier, a 'Preview' window would be acceptable, too. Additionally, the text editor must handle international language fonts and entry (it should by default, really...).
