Debt Management

I am starting a debt management company and need an information management system. I want a MY SQL database setup to capture all of my customers info to include but not limited to their first and last name, address, place of work, work address, work phone, salary, occupation, length on job, Date of Birth, SSN, current total unsecured debt, list of creditors, unsecured debt account numbers, Interest rate, creditor phone number, behind on bills(Y/N), how many months, own home(Y/N), how much is owed if own a home and how much is home worth if own a home. I need to be able to input all of this data from a secure website. This website should only be accessable to my staff not the general public. In addition to this info once I have a customers basic info I will need to track their history with my company. The data I will need to capture via the web for that will include but not be limited to customer monthly commitment, last payment amount, when last paid, and how much is in account. I will also need to enter a record everytime I pay off one of the creditors. The info needed here is creditor, amount owed, amount paid, date of settlement, settlement contact, contact phone number and a note section for any special terms. My executive staff will need to view all of this information and a lower level of staff will need to be able to view all of this info except the account numbers, DOB, and SSN from the web. I would like to have some reporting capabilities also such as one that I could run which would show me how many people in my system owed money to Chevy Chase. A coulpe of others would be one that was a snapshot of a customers account showing all of thier info except their account numbers, DOB, and SSN, and one which listed a customers history of payments with us that would include the last 5 or 10 payment dates and the amounts of each one along with the account balance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MY SQL Netscape and Internet Explorer
