We like to start developing a backup software from scratch or build upon the structure you may currently have. We have our own servers and due to privacy we would like the software you/your company develop to transfer data to our facilities or the specific cloud we like. We have a list of features such as sharing, instantaneous incremental backup, geographical replication, organized API (for feature development), etc. and we can discuss this options in details. All source codes will be owned by us and should not be shared with any third party without our written consent. Please provide a portfolio if available. You should have previous experience with software development and network. You should be willing to communicate with us via Skype, Gtalk, or phone after the project is awarded.
