336715 Clone 100 sites the same

I have 100 web sites that are cloned to look like each other. I want to redesign the web sites again but all 100 will still look the same as redesigned using the details that I have provided in this description. It basically involves moving sections on the main page to other positions on the main page, enlarging items and changing colors. The web sites operate via RSS feeds. I am looking for someone who understands that the re-design has to be added to all 100 web sites. I currently have an admin that allows me to upload documents/photos to all 100 web sites at the same time. The sites currently all look alike and are designed in PHP for a Linux Server. I will provide the details of the changes requested to all interested bidders before bidding.
