Building website that has a magazine/news feel to it. Users must be able to sign up, login via fbook and other social networks,vote, comment on articles, add pictures, add videos and blogs. I must have access to adding articles, videos, pictures and beable to manage on the fly to update articles, videos and pictures. I have been suggested Joomla as CMS. Secondly a network will be built like Yelp to give users abililty to see local business's based on location. More details will follow.
