137049 complex php/mysql/graphic work

Hello I have this script aedating installed in a certain server. I need to change it to another server, with all accounts etc, everything should remain the same. Also I need to integrate a new graphic template. You should have experience with this aedating script because the other task is consultation. In order to improve the site i will require fast answers from a freelancers with experience. If you run such a script by yourself, even better.
