This project is to design a new template for a GENERIC (not WordPress, PLIGG etc.) website. While the site resembles a "social network", there is not much functionality except display of "stories" which are composed of a title, description and tags. The current template is a mess of tables within tables and is composed of 6 really important HTML pages (incl. header and footer) and 13 other (minor) pages. This template needs to be completely replaced with well designed CSS and fast HTML. This must include a menu for the 75 categories and sub-categories and some .htaccess rewriting/redirecting.
