data driven holiday accomodation web site

Hi we want a good looking website which advertisers holiday accomodation, holiday attractions, has a diary of events, and emailing facilty. This website will be reused several times uner different domains and locations. We are looking for a partner who brings a lot of knowledge and expertise to the project and can advice on improvements to our detailed spec. Please advise on similar projects you can show me. The site is driven by a data base in the background whicjh is contolled by a web master and the clients who log on. As well as contolloing the holiday accommodations and attractions it will contol invoicing and collect analytics of pages veiwed to email clients. Mock up of pages which have been produced on dreamweaver can be sent. The holiday accommodation and attractions to be indexed by varior criterea such as area, type (hotel, cottage, farm, log cabin.....); pet friendly , biker friendly, child friendly and various searches on these criterea to be made. The adverts to be dispayed randomly within guidlines so pages appear different on each visit google friendly. Budget variable
