I'm looking for a website designer and programmer to put together a very straight forward MySQL and PHP web site.
The website will be a classifieds site similar to Craigslist, but it will be limited to apartment listings for different cities in one metro area.
Sketches of what I want each page to look like will be provided. (Not complete, but are being created now.)
They will be simple, straight-forward and clean, just like Craigslist.
Although we may need a few extra pages, here is a break down of the pages we definitely need to start:
1. Search & Search Results (Home Page) -- Public
2. Property Details -- Public
3. Login -- Public
4. Register -- Public
5. Confirm Email -- Private
6. My Listings -- Private
7. Add/Edit Listing -- Private
It will be very similar to Craigslist, except we will add a couple additional features, including the ability to list the direct amenities (they will work just like tags). It will limit each account to one post per unit, per physical address.
The website cannot be template based. We're going to write this from scatch. This should be a very easy project for someone who knows what they're doing.

I am a seasoned web developer with over 13 years of application development using various programming languages and databases. I believe this project can be implemented in a fairly short amount of time, provided you make the content/material available to me.

Should I be selected for this project, I will present you with a project plan from start till launch with key milestones along the way. You will be given password protected access to my staging server where you can log in and monitor the development and approve key milestones as they are reached. This will include the graphic design and UI options which I will propose as well as the content management functionality which will allow you to make changes to the website yourself without the need to hire someone. No technical background required
I will most likely be able to complete the project in under around 6 days if all the material is available and if we are in regular contact and we will then have 1 - 2 days for testing.
