Create a form system // PHP script User Types : -Admin -Regular Users Admin Functions: -Create form with Gui form wizard -Create and manage user accounts -View form list -manage form status's -broadcast message to users (email) User Functions: -Select user to send form to -Select form -Create a form subject -Send form to another user -Add note/comment to form -Sender receive email notification of form submission (forms they have sent which have been completed) -user who was sent the form receive email notification of new form submission request -view form list with form , sender , notes , date/time and status (open , submitted , closed , pending) -broadcast message to users (email) -comment on forms and comments (notification of new comments) -manage profile Form list view : -logged in user can see the form list -forms shown in list with fields : form name , subject , status , date/time , sender , receiver -click to view form results, comments , notes etc -filters for list : date, user , status -search list Live chat: -Facebook style chat bar for users to chat to each other
