Joomla - professional jom social seo optimazation

First of we would like to rule out any use of seo and sef components as they seem to slow the server. We use sh404sef and this must not be effected with your change to our seo optimisation to our jomsocial pages. We would like someone who know best way to recode this seo, we dont want urls to be stored in database. We have over 80,000 members so this need to be core of jom social recoded and tested and made to work. We would like our pages to be picked up by google, so the urls to be friendly. Such as profile, photos and videos We would like specific metadata being picked from pages. We would to see all user profiles being picked up by google, same for videos and pictures. All nice urls. Please note we know most components out there do this job but its very slow and slows down our server so you need to figure a different way.
