Joomla Website, Fully Responsive, 5 Main Pages Only

I need a website built on Joomla, 5 pages maybe a couple of sub pages but not sure on that yet. I need this complete in 10 max, This is a strict deadline It will be fully responsive. All contents needs to be viewable on phone and tablets. We must be able to add other modules at a latter date. Every page must be easy to maintain. The menu is Home, Our Showrooms, Services, Projects, Contact Us. Home page will have a big revolving banner, same We will have a middle banner on the homepage that will also rotate, the images and info will come from the Services page. Our Showrooms page will just be showcasing their 2 showrooms, come up with a good way to showcase these. Services page will be their services in separate sections, , also a more info button at the bottom of each section , when the more info button is clicked a more info section will open up under the section you are looking at. Projects Page will be like a portfolio it will be done in JQuery Contact Us page will have a long google maps just below the header going across the screen showing the 2 showrooms, can we do this? also we will have a contact us form of the left and Company name, address etc down the right.
