Migration of current website to new CMS

We have a website that is designed and working with CMS MaxDev MD-Pro, and would like to have a new website developed which would migrate our content, users, forums, pictures, databases etc. MaxDev MD-Pro is a PHP, SQL CMS system. Our current website is: [login to view URL] A sample CMS that we have looked at moving to is: [login to view URL] We have about 15,000 registered members which we would want to be setup in the new website. We want our current forum and blogs transferred to the new website. A large section of our website is a "contact ads" section. This is a classified ads system. We would like to use "ClassiPress", developed by "AppThemes" which is a Classified ads theme for WordPress. We want to take the users that are logged in to our new website and pass them over to the ClassiPress side of the site.(Basically taking the login session of a user from our new website and passing it over to Classipress so they can post and or respond to ads.) We would want the new website to have the video chat integrated with our current members. Our current website has a picture gallery where our members can upload and view pictures. We would like a section on our new website for our members to upload and view videos. Worker should have experience in building social media websites. This is an adult lifestyle website, with adult content.
