Movie Investor

Bare with me while I explain what I am Looking for: Brief Description: This is a game website where users come and build a portfolio of their movie investments. Each week their will be a list of movies being released and the users will have the opportunity to Invest in movies. The movie will have a profile page where users can find out a little inofrmation about the film and then decide how much to invest if any, If the movies budget is 100 million then we can only accept invest of that much from all users so once the limit is reached then no more investment can be taken. Each week the movies information is updated; so if I invested 10million that is 1/10 of the budget then I would recieve 1/10 of the film grosses: film gross 220 million the investor get 1/10 of that returned and receives 22million from his original 10 million investment. The movies page will consist of a movie image thumbnail with a movie image banner across the top with simple details: Title, Distributor :Release Date: Runtime: Rating: Production Budget: Total Gross: Weekly Gross. (each week admin enters with new gross total it should auto calculate the total for the week) the weekly total will be broken down into weeks with total money that week the percentage it has moved up or down and the weeks position on money earned. investment left (the amount of money that their is left to invest) thumbnails of all current investors) and comments. with a small area for trailer. A users profile should provide a user pic and all their details email etc: and should consist if detail of all their earning broken don into weeks, they should be alble to click link to view highest earners, lowest earners, weekly highest, weekly lowest, all money made/ lost this week and be able to go back through all the weeks. their profile should show current money which it updated every time a movie they have invested in gets an updated their should be a complete break down of all money earned and lost with a weekly percentage of profit or lose on their investment Their should be a league table of all users, based on their total money, money invested, return on investment, percentage( this should be able to be broken down into overall monthly yearly and weekly, with it all being recorded and viewable at any time. New movies will be displayed on the site a whole 7 days before their release so when admin adds them to the movies and enters their release date they should appear for users to invest 7 days before first screening, no more investment can be take once the release date has been reached Users should be able to sign up via facebook / Twitter / Email... Users should be able to social their achievement / investments I would like the site to be simple and clean using pastel colours like [login to view URL] I haven't set a budget for this project so Please give accurate quote that will cover all development of the site (no I need more Moeny this is taking longer than expected) I will Pay 10% up front and the rest once the site if fully complete, built on lynx thanks PS please ask question and dont quote blindly if you dont understand everything....
