I want to create a web page with templates for users to rate their interaction with famous people. I want to have administravite abilities to change the questions on the templates and have serveral options for user to choose from. Based on the tags the user chooses it will be organized and viewable by the search feature and tabs. The templates should have a 1-5 rating system with radio dots selecting the value. There should also be a NA radio button option before the 1. One should be low in value and the high value should be five and at the completion of the survey template it should tally an average. A small place for the user to make a comment with 50 characters. I want to have control regarding quality of language and have vulgarity not accepted.
There should be different tabs at the top for different type of famous people in alphabetical order. I.E. actors/actress, athletes, business, fashion/beauty, local, musicians, bands. I want to be able to add tabs and categories easily and add an appropiate survey template at will.
