10 Page social networking site

This project is just a front-end mock up design for a fairly complex social networking application with around 10 different pages. All back-end code will be done by a different team. I would like each page to be set up with separate header, content and footer sections in PHP just for ease of use with future coding and organization. I'm needing CSS and XHTML tableless design using Web standards. All pages must be W3C valid. The rest of the page doesn't have to be 100%, just the header. The content section can be around 60-80% width and centered. We will retain 100% copyright on this project.
