Part-time web programmer/developer needed. - repost

Hi there, I need a developer on Freelancer.com with *high* feedback and ***qualifications***. Please don't bid unless your feedback is higher than 4.5/5. My current developer left without notice. We need someone to look after the site and perform numerous fixes as they come up. Some will be more difficult than others, but this will be on an hourly basis. There is a bit of a backlog but most of it is cleared up, so you will be working on a per-task basis. However, I need someone who is **always** available, for up to 3 hours per day when needed, and for urgent tasks (which will be rewarded with bonuses). Pay? I have been paying no more than $10 per hour for my last few experienced developers, so I think that's a fair rate. It's quite a complicated site. We use a lot of APIs and a lot of what we need done requires some very critical thinking -- something I do not have time to do for you. So please don't accept this job if you cannot do research/critical thinking sometimes to learn new things. We use PivotalTracker to track tasks, so I will be adding you to the PivotalTracker group to track your progress and keep notes. I am paying for the use of the software, so no issue there. We will also be using a well known time tracking system to ensure that you are paid fairly. Current tasks (to name a few): - implementing the ShareaSale affiliate program (no experience required -- it's 95% complete anyway). - bug fixes as they come up - implementing new designs for use with AB testing software (no experience required) - plenty of other tasks. Feedback must be close to 5/5 and must stick within my budgeted hourly rate. You will be given a lot of work. Thanks, Adam
