I need a similar website, you can see the site here: [login to view URL] We're only cloning the framework, NO CONTENT. Going to use this site for another Chinese city. The site can have some changes, but all the basic functionality of the site I showed you should work 100%. I also need an admin panel so that I can easily add, remove, and moderate content - and also add additional users where I can control permissions and hire content developers. If you believe an existing code base like Wordpress is best that is fine. I will also need you to do some CSS changes like change colors and a few other rearrange some things to make sure the site is not an exact duplicate. Anti-spam question: What color is the sky? For the final milestone I expect a finished product, that is polished around the edges and ready for the public. My budget is between $250 and $350. I will go with the lowest offer from the most reputable seller. If you have suggestions to make the website better, or faster or anything at all I am all ears. Thanks!
