PHP & WEBDESIGN EXPERT FOR SOME TASKS NEEDED ASAP

Hi, I need freelancer which complete my following tasks- 1- I have a shopping website on opencart with affiliate options so that if a user refer someone then it will get some commission now what i want is that user can request for turnkey store from us. Means admin will create an online turnkey store from main website replica with all same products and things. But user will be able to change color design and select the categories they want to showcase on their turnkey store. Now if anyone make purchase on their website then admin of main site i.e, me will get order information and i will execute the product and turnkey store user will get commission. In short , it means i want users to start their online store with our products and they get commission for every sale they made. 2- User will be add products of their own too. And their orders will be executed by themselves. 3- I want to integrate Mobile Api (i already have), by which i want to give free mobile recharge to users on every shopping they made. 4- I Have a website see [login to view URL] (under construction) where users get points for completing offers. I want that flimpsy users will be able to shop against their points. ( u have to join databases) Give me the least possible bid. And PLS BID ONLY IF U CAN DO THIS.
