PHP / MySQL Module

PHP/MySQL module built (or modified from an existing module) to run on Xoops ([login to view URL]). This link [login to view URL] is an example of what is currently being used and from which we want to move. The layout of this site is the basic structure/architecture desired. The module should allow users to upload text to the module, entered thru their browser. This module will facilitate an instructor lead class where assignments are posted and students respond weekly. Weekly written responses upload thru the module or browser. After each students weekly report is received the instructor needs the ability to upload written comments via a browser. We are trying to get away from building pages by hand and using ftp to move the page to the web. Each weeks's assignment has 3 to 5 questions, each requiring a written response. This module will be used by inexperienced web users. It needs to be simple to use. It might be helpful to think of this project as part blog and part bulletin board. The successful coder will need to be availble during part of the business day GMT -6.
