PHP script customization

One of our customer's requirements =================== Read it and don't send us copy / paste messages. only relevant responses will be addressed [login to view URL] If you look at my link above, you will see that there is a count down script in progress. This script is able to have it's color, borders, and digit colors changed...simply by changing variables in the script. I would like to build the same thing with a new look, as to avoid copyright infringement and intellectual property rights. In addition to the new interface and design, I also want the ability for the user to set specific headlines to be changed on specific dates. This can be done in a members area or it could simply be configured in the script itself. So for example on 09/01/09.....at 00 hrs....."This would be a headline that would display to the viewer, created by the user" I ma looking for the most universal technology to be used. The one displayed is flash, but maybe there are better alternatives. I need to know a price, and wont respond if I don't have a price.
