PHPFOX Theme Work

I have a legitimate copy of phpfox 1.5.1 running on a website, Need a custom theme for PHPFox and vBulletin customization to match the new site design. To qualify you MUST have: 1, Experience in PHPFox (Showing me previous phpfox sites you've themed will be a bonus) 2, Experience in vBulletin theming (Again showing examples of VB themes will be a bonus) Steps of this design as follows: * Customized website banner / logo * Customized look and feel for the website * VBulletin color change to match the site * Documentation and all source / images for the themes installation for PHPFox and VB So themes may be applied at a later date when site hosting is moved. On successful delivery payment will be made via GAF escrow with no exceptions. This is an easy task for someone qualified all i need is a colorful theme, Banner and website logo to match. This is a New Zealand website so would like it to be colorful with a New Zealand theme to it. Payment of GAF fee's will be made by myself.
