281423 Pimp up design and php

Hello there, I need somebody to do this job ASAP. I have a very basic php page with a very basic design/css. I need somebody to pimp it up. It is only 20 lines of php code. Right now the php code fetches data from a database but it the lay out is sooooo 1999. I need a designer who can spice it up using my site style and create the html/php/css to make it look more web 2.0ish. I will pm the url in message board when you send me a pm. Easy quick cash.
