Professional Portfolio site

I am looking for a professional website developer/designer. Soon this year i will be opening a Mobile/browser social gaming network. I want to have a site for the company where i am able to display all our work. The site should look simple but professional. It should give a good impression and excite the audience at first site. I am looking for a similar site to [login to view URL] I need a simple logo design, in text format and a icon format. The icon will be a symbol to represent the company and will be placed on our apps and other work. Site must look and work smooth. On front page i am looking to show all our work and have a slider show. I want a register by facebook or normal register. People will be added to our database as subscribers and we will send everyone emails about new projects and releases. I also would like to have a staff section to make it simple to update the site. -Easy to add images and info on front page slider -Easy to add more of our work on the front page -Able to update contact and about us info via staff panel -Mass email subscribers -Update/edit the email (add banner, logo, text, video, font type/colours, etc) The staff panel should make it easier to update majority of the site. more to the front page I want a developer who is fluent in English and has previous work they can show. They must be professional in the job and try to deliver on time. Since it is a new company i am looking to build a team of developer and designers.
