The project details are as follows: We need a website for a loyalty program for our client. Conceptually the whole program is very simple: 1. There are three parties in the program - a] Our client, b] Consumers and c] Partners 2. Consumers can earn reward points everytime they use our clients products. 3. Consumers can redeem reward points for exciting gifts provided on the site. 4. Partners would be responsible for providing the gifts on the site. Airlines websites can be a good reference point for example [login to view URL] The Key Functionalities we are looking for are CONSUMERS 1. Check their reward points. 2. Redeem reward points online for various products. 3. Buy reward points as top-ups. Example : Consumer wants to exchange his reward points for a "Shaffers" pen but is short of 1000 points. In this case, the consumer should be able to buy the 1000 points that he is short off to redeem his overall points for the pen. 4. Track the status of current and past redemption. 5. Calculate how much usage will lead to how many reward points. 6. Apply for membership to the program. PARTNERS: 1. Should be able to upload latest gift images/ videos. 2. Should be able to track various gift redemptions patterns. 3. Should be able to advice consumers about status of their gift redemption. 4. Apply for memberships to the program. CLIENT: 1. Should have control over all aspects of the website. 2. Should be able to update all content of the site. 3. Able to create categories of products and decides which gifts go in which category. 4. Decide the exchange rate between the reward points and the gifts. 5. Able to track overall gift redemptions by months, individual gift redemptions by months, member psychometrics like age sex etc. 6. Should be able to discontinue a particular gift. 7. Track partners performance in terms of gifts that are being redeemed, how often, how (cash, points, top ups), how long is it taking for partner to fulfil the redemption. 8. Approve consumer as well as partner memerships. 9. Able to broadcast emails to all members, only consumers, only partners or select consumers and/ or partners on parameters like city, age, product group etc. 10. Advertising manager like OpenX to manage advertising on the site. The above are only guidelines on functionalities and will evolve. The look and feel of the site/ wireframes for the projects will be provided by us. PLATFORM : LAMP SEO: 1. Place to insert meta tags for the whole site as well as individual pages. 2. Hidden article pages that would be visible to robots but not visitors API Integration Our client sells products both online and offline, please elaborate how this site will be integrated to their online and offline systems. Eg import data via excel, SQL etc periodically. Or would your proposal need a customised API from our end. Your cost should include 1 year warranty/ guarantee/ maintainence contract but no hosting. During this period any bugs found would have to be removed.
