--PROJECT OVERVIEW-- The site is a real estate portal/SMS application used by Real Estate agents to better market their properties. Our site will allow users to send an SMS with a keyword to a "shortcode" (5 digit number), which will reply with relevant info about the listing (price, # of bedrooms/bathrooms AND a link to the properties webpage. I provide realtors with a sign that goes on top of their for sale sign instructing anyone to text [keyword] to 12345 for info. The project will involve 2 main sites/scripts that need to be integrated together: 1) Real Estate Property Portal / Agent Backend The realtors can logon and add/edit properties that they want associated with each sign (provided by me). They can add photos, videos and basic info. You can use a template on themeforest and make basic customizations or devolop one yourself. -Each property should have a single page (mobile optimized) website so when users text the shortcode they get the url to the properties individual site. 2) SMS Gateway I have a shortcode (5 digit #) for Canada. I can provide you with API details for connecting to the wireless service providers, but the gateway will need to retrieve relevant property info based on what 'keyword' the user mentions.
