Simple 1 page html website template required

I require a simple website template designed in html for a new freelancer directory. I will need 1 page for the template. the design will be simple and clean and similar to the following website: [login to view URL] i have my own logo and will provide text, images and all info to the winning bidder. Please use the same information as the template however please change css etc to make it look more appealing and more professional. Website template must be clean and professional and look the same in all browsers. Image that is attached to this project listing will replace the main header image in the link provided. This image will also be used for the template footer and the footer will reach the entire length of the page with the copyright text centered as the same as this example: [login to view URL] footer will be the same height as the above example as well. all i require is 1 html page file and a css file with no further information or work required. Full payment will be made on jobs completion and we will have regular work for the winning bidder providing everything goes well. Thanks.
