Simplified Bilingual Clone This project is for a very simple, clean, uncluttered, easy to understand Autotrader type site. Please take a look at Autotrader.com. We like the “look”. However, many of the features offered by Autotrader are not necessary in our site. We do not need (1) Model (2) Power Search (3) Distance (4) Distance to Seller (4) in place of Zip code search there will be 10-12 locations to search from. We will expect you to incorporate all database needs. Need to have ability to click a button and change from English to Spanish. English is the primary language - We will provide the translation for Spanish pages – just need the pages setup in an English template - we can edit and paste Spanish info into headers etc. Want to be able to display up to 6 photographs for each entry. Program should offer automatic sizing and optimization for photos submitted by customers. Our customers should be able to submit payment by Paypal or other credit card company and we need option to manually enter payment if paid in cash by customer. As we are in a Latin American country, we are also looking at having the capability to receive payment from banks if direct deposit was made by customer. Some sort of verification or confirmation number might be needed. Your suggestions appreciated. Pages should be in Dreamweaver format. We have Dreamweaver 8 and would like to be able to edit pages as required. We should be able to provide most of the graphic parts of the pages but will need the database part taken care of by your company. Site should be able to be used on any server. We currently use Lunarpages and expect to host it there. Please make sure that this website is compatible with their system Back end should be easy to edit. We are not knowledgeable computer people and will be relying on your expertise to make this site easy for us to edit and make changes if necessary. Ease of use is imperative. Also we will be following up this site with a FSBO and Home rental website. If you are able to adapt the Autotrader type site we are open to discussion and will pay a fair price for the additional work. We can discuss payment terms – however full payment will only be made upon successful operation on our host.
