URGENT need of Magento Expert to help with Moving Website issue

Hello, We have installed a Magento Theme and customised it to our requirement which is currently installed to [login to view URL] this sub-domain. We want to move this to our Main domain- www.getitengraved.co.uk. But we are experiencing some problems as the some features are not displaying properly after site transfer. Its the same theme but older and newer version. On main domain we have older version. and on sub-domain we have newer version.
