MS Access populate excel and email, then Import from outlook

Hi, I have an access database containing a member table. What I would like to do is populate the excel template (attached) with the members info from this database and email it to each members email address as an attachment. (will need to loop through all members in the database) The member who receives this email will then update any information (excluding the member ID) in the excel file and send it back (the email will contain the text somewhere in the subject 'Member Update'. What I would like to then do is import the data from the email attachment received, back into the database (using the locked member id in the excel file as the identifier to match up in the database). I have done a bit of work extracting data from outlook before but haven't gone down the path of extracting data from the attachment in the email. I have included a sample database containing the member table and a form which opens up outlook and loops through and finds any emails with the desired subject to import. I have also included the excel template which I would like to populate and import (would prefer if the sheet was locked with only the fields in white to be editable).
