BizTalk 2004 EDI Project

My company needs a senior BizTalk Developer to work on BizTalk 2004 EDI and Integration projects for one of our clients. The initial assignment is 3 months. This assignment must be completed at the client site in Upstate New York. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Design and Develop Interfaces for the following transaction types o PO o AP o AR o BI o GL o and Others if any, requested by the Business after the start of the project. • Interfaces would be from an intermediate XML standard to PS XML Standard and would be transported via HTTP • Project would include, unit testing and regression testing of the solution for performance. • A complete Technical documentation of the project is also in scope • Training of selected Web Services Group members in the solution for future support. • May also be asked to work on their BizTalk EDI project REQUIRED SKILLS Years of total experience ??" 5+ Years of specific experience ??" 3+ with BizTalk Proven technical expertise BizTalk 2004 Experience with application to application integration of internal systems with BizTalk Experience working in BizTalk with flat files from legacy systems Experience training team members (knowledge transfer) Excellent verbal and written communications EDI experience DESIRED SKILLS Experience with XML Experience with ASP or ASP.NET Experience integrating a PeopleSoft Finance system (or other financial system) with BizTalk Experience with “sell-side?? EDI including orders & invoices with transactions 824, 855, 856 and 997. Experience with Covast adapters VB.NET experience ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform BizTalk 2004
