We are looking for a coder who is proficient in and has the needed tools to author a QuickBooks addon that will allow us to create commercial estimates (non-automated), fax cover sheets (from the customer database), a 1099 generator (will allow the user to print 1099's for the company to send our with bids), and commercial billing documents (as opposed to the existing invoice system that comes prepackaged). Attached are the documents and their basic look. The user should be able to edit the logo are and header information/look.
This programs should be well integrated into quickbooks, easily installed on the user's desktop, and be somewhat automated (i.e. the fax cover sheet page should have a drop down list of the customers from which the user can choose multiple customers. The program then takes the fax cover sheet which is filled out by the user - all except the pages, notes, from, and RE fields and use the customer database to fill in the to, company, fax, and phone fields. The date field should default to the date the cover sheet was originated, but should have a calendar from which the user can choose a date.) The estimate forms should function similarly to the prepackaged forms, but have a more professional look - similar to the one attached, but does not have to be identical. The billing forms should be attached to the project name with only one form being the user interface as the forms contain much of the same information.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

These forms should auto-fill as much info as possible - such as Subcontractor name, dollar amount of contract, contract number, General contractor name (when multiple bills are submitted the subsequent bills should carryover the information from the last billing), etc. This form should be attached to the receive payment feature on quickbooks and should show up under the "Customer" menu as "Commercial Invoice". The Fax Cover sheet menu option should appear on the "Customer" menu as well. The "Commercial Estimate" menu item should likewise appear on the "Customer" menu. Both the fax cover sheet and the commercial estimate form should offer the feature to select multiple customers (which is distinguished from "jobs" in this case) from a drop down list - if multiple customers are selected, then the program should print a separate estimate/fax cover sheet for each customer selected.
