Gaming Website Design/Creation(repost)

We are looking for a new website design to replace our current site at [login to view URL] ** Please note attached document ** Our current site is set up with the exact functionality we want with our new site. Unfortunately, the forum software that is deeply integrated into our current site is out of date (phpBB 2.0 and now there is phpBB 3.0). Due to the extensive integration we’ve determined it would be easier to have a new site built for our needs. The current site however should stand as an example of what we are looking for and the *attached document* details what our current site offers and what we are looking for in a new site. All of the current code/information from our current site would be made available to the selected project coder. Note: We are VERY flexible in our time constraints, we are more concerned with choosing a qualified coder. General Site Requirements: 1 The site should be % based to allow for viewing in all resolutions. 2) This is a gaming website and we want whatever is done to look unique as well as have the functionality we require. Coders interested in this project should have *extensive* PHP, Flash, Mysql setup, graphic editing and HTML experience. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working site as well as complete source code, graphic, and sound files of all work done. a) The Seller must complete the items on the attached list, to the satisfaction of the Buyer, prior to payment. 2) The website must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. a) The Buyer will verify the complete working condition of all aspects of the site prior to payment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I.E & Firefox
