Javascript modification to existing script.

For someone already experienced in Javascript and Perl, this should take a minimal amount of time. Modify existing code that I have for a web form that asks specific questions in relation to creating .htaccess files. There are modification points within the code that requires the addtion of checkboxes and also minimal code needs to added for the creation of a text file that includes the generated code for the .htaccess file. The modification points are labled throughout the code listing as <MODIFICATION POINT> The framework is already in the code. Just need the specifics added. _Time frame: Within 2 weeks_ **Details:** The structure of the existing code provides options for restricting access to a website by: *Domain I/P address Individual username (comma separated for multiple names) Membership roster for a membership site * It would then generate a text file that the user would copy and enter into the .htaccess file. It would also be good if it could check for the existence of a current .htaccess file and include the contents of it into the newly generated .htaccess file. For example, if the current .htaccess file contains information related to a WordPress site, this would need to be included in the generated .htaccess text, to be copied into the new .htaccess file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
