c# Online Reports from Windows App via Web Service & Web App

This project has a windows application that polls a local database every hour and extracts the data it needs and then pushes the data to a new web service which will write the data to an online data base. From the online database there needs to be a c# asp.net web pages that access this data and present it using data tables as well as .net charting object (line graphs and column graphs) The app will be installed in multiple stores uploading financial information from a retail pos system. So there are 3 components 1. Windows app that gets data from a local DB and pushes the data to a web service 2. a secure web service that receives data and inserts it into special tables on the online database 3. build web apps to generate reports based on that data using .net charting object and standard datagrids. There will be 7 reports.
