I have had som problems with slow loading times, so now I´m posting a project here on freelancer.com. I´d like you to build or customize a lightweight Wordpress template for me, so I can customize and sell websites to small local businesses. Please send me your project plan and quote. PS! There are a lot of free templates online, but I would like a quality job where Wordpress Content Management System (CMS) are customized and the programming follows Google PageSpeed´s or YSlows guidelines so that the website loads very fast (below 1 second).
